Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate onboarding, and HR administration activities across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements while ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.

Client Hiring & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and collect required employee records.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track employee joining status and onboarding completion.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment-related documents, contracts, and HR letters.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records.
  • Manage HR reports, recruitment trackers, and hiring dashboards.
  • Support HR compliance and administrative processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
