Drive acquisition and onboarding of new partners onto SlashData platforms in insurance, banking, and financial institutions.
This is primarily a hunter business development role focused on creating and converting new opportunities, not managing day-to-day relationships with existing partners.
Key accountabilities
- Identify and prospect insurance companies, banks, and financial institutions as potential platform partners.
- Secure meetings with senior decision-makers and maintain a qualified prospective-partner pipeline.
- Present relevant platform solutions based on prospective partners' needs and business context.
- Develop commercial proposals and partnership opportunities in line with commercial strategy.
- Progress opportunities from initial contact through negotiation to signed agreement.
- Support onboarding and implementation, then hand newly signed partners to the operational or relationship team.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
- Proven insurance-industry business development or sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience engaging banks and financial institutions is an advantage.
- Track record of new business origination and closing commercial partnerships.
- 6–8+ years of experience.
Job-specific skills
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Confident presenting to and negotiating with senior and C-suite decision-makers.
- Self-starter comfortable with targets, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- Working knowledge of insurance, banking, or financial services products and partnership models.
