Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead project requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, document analysis, and other techniques.
• Act as primary Business Analyst in client-facing engagements and align business and technical stakeholders.
• Produce business requirements, user stories, process flows, and data models using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, testable, and ready for development.
• Resolve ambiguous, incomplete, or conflicting requirements.
• Evaluate solution options against client needs, system constraints, and integration requirements.
• Work with engineering and integration teams on integrations, APIs, and data flows in fintech and banking systems.
• Support delivery by maintaining requirements readiness and resolving dependencies affecting development and testing.
• Support UAT through acceptance criteria, requirements validation, and review of delivered solutions.
• Identify process improvements that enhance solution effectiveness and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science, or another related field.
• At least 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Previous Jira experience is required.
• Strong Agile experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design.
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Experience analyzing data and using data visualization techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
