Seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to implement, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade solutions.
The role combines technical Salesforce expertise with client-facing work and collaboration across business, functional, architecture, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement SFMC solutions; build customer journeys and marketing automation workflows.
- Develop email templates, dynamic content, landing pages, and personalized communications using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, segmentation, and audience management.
- Develop SFMC, Salesforce, and external enterprise-system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other approaches.
- Support enterprise implementations, enhancements, and integration initiatives; translate business and marketing needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot campaign, integration, automation, and data issues; follow development, security, and implementation standards.
- Participate in design, technical discussions, testing, deployment, and production support; document solutions and integrations.
- Engage clients and stakeholders, present solutions and recommendations, and collaborate with architecture, development, marketing, and technology teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SFMC development and implementation, plus experience with enterprise Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
- Relevant Salesforce certification(s) are required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work directly with clients and business stakeholders and collaborate with technical and functional teams.
- Must be available to work onsite in the UAE.
