Opportunity

CGI seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst for future ERP transformation and implementation opportunities.

The role works with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to define needs and support enterprise solution delivery.

Duties

  • Lead business analysis for ERP implementation and transformation; understand stakeholder objectives, processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions; document and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze current-state processes and contribute to future-state definitions; translate business needs into requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate across business, technical, project management, and ERP teams to deliver solutions.
  • Support UAT, requirements traceability, validation, issue resolution, business readiness, and implementation.
  • Identify and communicate gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts.

Required qualifications

  • At least 8 years of business analysis experience, including senior-level Business Analyst work.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementation, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex requirements, facilitating workshops, and analyzing business processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams through systems development or implementation.
  • Experience supporting UAT and requirements validation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Effective English communication with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Assets

  • Public-sector or government experience is preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale business transformation or enterprise modernization is an asset.

Compensation

  • Estimated pay range is $65,000–$130,000; no compensation cadence is specified.
