Role Description
Looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have strong business development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Create and implement business development strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent the company in meetings and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
- Postgraduate qualification preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Professional approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in consulting, business setup, or the service industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus
