- Expertise in corporate banking products, payment systems, and transaction banking.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Knowledge of payment platforms, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and domestic and international payment processes.
- Experience with stakeholder management, UAT coordination, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business, IT, and cross-functional teams.
