- Our client, a ambitious FMCG organisation, is looking for a Senior Brand Manager, based in Jeddah, to drive brand growth and strengthen market performance across its portfolio.
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product performance, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimise brand investments, and ensure consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- You will also play a key role in analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong brand equity through data-driven decision-making.
- The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 8+ years of FMCG marketing experience
- Arabic speaker is a must
- Must currently have at least 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role within an FMCG company.
- Experience working within a multinational corporate environment is a strict requirement
- Proven experience in brand strategy, portfolio management, and brand development
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, innovation, and brand performance management
- Experience managing marketing budgets and driving commercial growth
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
