- Our client, a leading regional FMCG company, is looking for a Marketing Manager, based in Saudi Arabia, to drive brand growth and lead marketing execution across key product categories.
- This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing integrated campaigns, and ensuring strong alignment between brand objectives and commercial performance.
- You will work closely with sales, trade marketing, and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand equity and drive market share growth.
- You will also play a key role in analysing consumer insights, identifying market opportunities, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across the portfolio.
- The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong experience in brand management and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Proven ability to drive brand growth and market performance.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and commercial strategy.
- Experience working closely with sales and trade marketing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- In line with government Saudisation initiatives, the client is only considering Saudi Nationals for this role.
