- Our client, a leading organisation within the healthcare and services sector, is looking for a Business Operations Manager, based in Jeddah, to oversee end-to-end operational performance and drive efficiency across the business.
- This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple functions.
- You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline workflows, and support business growth through strong execution.
- You will also play a key role in performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high service standards and operational excellence.
- The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 7–10+ years of experience in business operations or operations management roles.
- Strong background in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities.
- Experience or strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
