- Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is looking for a Director – International Business Development, based in Jeddah, to lead global expansion and drive growth across international markets.
- This role will be responsible for identifying and entering new markets, developing strong distribution networks, and building scalable route-to-market strategies.
- You will play a critical role in expanding the business footprint globally by developing market entry strategies, selecting distributors, and driving sustainable international growth.
- You will also be responsible for evaluating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful execution across multiple regions.

- 10+ years of current FMCG experience, specifically within food and beverage. Non-food and beverage backgrounds cannot be considered.
- Must have opened a minimum of 15+ new markets globally, and this experience must be

- Proven track record in international business development within FMCG
- Route to market must be a core area of expertise, not just exposure.
- Strong, proven experience in selecting and managing distributors across multiple geographies.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to scale businesses across multiple geographies
