Role overview

Boomi projects and systems support

• Gather customer and partner requirements and design complex business applications and data integration solutions on Boomi.
• Translate business processes into technical integration requirements; build solutions using REST APIs, EDI, databases, XML, JSON, flat files, and other standard protocols.
• Integrate SaaS and on-premises systems, with examples including JDE, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure D365, AWS Redshift, Lawson, and ELD platforms.
• Provide architecture support, Boomi installation, performance tuning, monitoring, error handling, and reusable standardized components.
• Apply Boomi AtomSphere integration management and governance best practices.
• Support integration issues for ERP, warehouse, BI reporting, corporate applications, and trading partners across business processes.
• Work with business users and IT teams to resolve issues and make program changes; maintain development, testing, and change documentation.
• Establish security standards for encryption and data protection; develop training and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate technologies and future systems strategies, improve existing programs, and design and implement test scenarios and scripts.
• Follow applicable QA, project management life cycle, and software delivery life cycle standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Two-year college education, applicable trade school, or commensurate work experience required; four-year college preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible data and integration design and testing for small- and large-scale applications, preferably on Boomi.
• Boomi certification preferred.
• Minimal travel requirements, less than 10%.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• On- and off-hours support may be required for integration issues.

Pay and benefits

• Base pay range is $140,000–$150,000 annually.
• Pay is issued weekly, every Friday; additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, or other incentives.
