Senior Boomi SOA Developer

Role overview

Boomi projects and systems support

• Gather requirements and design complex business applications and data integration solutions on Boomi.
• Translate business processes into technical integration requirements; build solutions involving REST APIs, EDI, databases, XML, JSON, and flat files.
• Integrate SaaS and on-premises systems, including JDE, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure D365, AWS Redshift, Lawson, and ELD platforms.
• Provide Boomi architecture support, installation, performance tuning, monitoring, error handling, and reusable components.
• Support EDI and non-EDI trading-partner integrations across orders, invoices, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and HR.
• Provide on- and off-hours support for ERP, warehouse, BI reporting, and corporate application integration issues.
• Resolve program issues with business users and IT teams and document development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

Administration and project support

• Maintain security standards and policies for encryption and data protection; provide integration training and documentation.
• Evaluate technologies, advise on future systems strategies and programming trends, and improve existing programs.
• Design and implement test scenarios, cases, and scripts; follow applicable QA, project management, and software delivery standards.

Education and experience

• At least 10 years of progressive, increasingly responsible data integration design and testing experience for small- and large-scale applications.
• Boomi platform experience is preferred.
• Two-year college education, applicable trade school, or commensurate work experience is required; four-year college education is preferred.
• Boomi certification is preferred.

Schedule and travel

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Minimal travel, less than 10%.

Workplace

• The position is hybrid in Frisco, Texas.

Compensation and benefits

• Base pay range is $140,000–$150,000 annually; pay is issued weekly.
• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, or other incentives, as applicable.
