Requirements and solution design

• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements with stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Analyze process, architecture, data-flow, and integration gaps; produce process models, workflows, data dictionaries, specifications, and project briefs.
• Evaluate solution alternatives, design or replacement proposals, feasibility, and business suitability; present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support business cases, ROI analysis, technology recommendations, and estimates with architects, development, infrastructure, and support teams.

Testing, training, and team coordination

• Plan solution testing, create use cases, conduct system and user-acceptance testing, and coordinate communication and releases.
• Develop user manuals and training aids and train users on systems and enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-team resources, scheduling, and priorities; transfer knowledge, mentor team members, and support their development.

• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems in a distribution environment is helpful.
