Senior Bim Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, developing and managing federated BIM models throughout project stages.
• Conduct clash detection, model reviews, audits, and issue resolution using Navisworks or similar tools while ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model exchange processes (MIDP, TIDP), workflows, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to support seamless project delivery.
• Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, progress updates, construction documentation, shop drawings, and as built models.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM teams, facilitate coordination meetings, and track resolution of model related issues.
• Maintain model integrity, version control, data accuracy, document management, and support site teams with BIM-related technical coordination.
• Stay updated with BIM technologies, digital construction practices, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of BIM coordination experience within engineering, construction, consultancy, or similar environments, with experience supporting large scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and BIM 360, with strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, clash detection, and model management.
• BIM certification (Revit/Autodesk) preferred, with knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical models, developing BIM standards, and managing project workflows.
