Summary
Le Cheval Cafe is seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Senior Barista** to join its new Abu Dhabi branch.
The ideal candidate should have strong coffee preparation skills, experience in café operations, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality consistency
- Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
- Support junior staff and assist with smooth café operations
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Immediate availability required
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
