Key accountabilities
- Acquire and upgrade clients in branch areas and grow existing client AUM through retention and increased wallet share.
- Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue targets; activate digital channels and grow savings balances.
- Promote appropriate product mix and cross-sell DBS products and services to deepen client relationships.
- Review client portfolios with wealth, investment, and insurance specialists and resolve queries within service timelines.
- Ensure compliant onboarding, due diligence, risk reviews, and high-quality service, including suitable service workflows.
- Coordinate with colleagues and teams to meet branch goals, share market feedback, and organize client engagement events.
Role requirements
