Supports the senior business HR partner for assigned business units and teams.
Designs and delivers people solutions, executes people strategies, tracks HR metrics and works with product functions and Centers of Excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Advise business leaders and managers and drive the people agenda, employee connection, engagement, performance and productivity.
- Partner with product teams and Centers of Excellence to improve HR offerings and share feedback.
- Provide HR guidance, coach managers on policies and complex issues, and manage HR metrics and business-data analysis.
- Manage performance processes, productivity initiatives, Performance Improvement Plans, talent activities and manager feedback.
- Support year-end compensation and promote risk, control and conduct awareness.
- Coordinate engagement surveys and follow-up actions; support change management and organizational diagnosis, design and development.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 4–6 years of HR experience with a strong business partnering background.
- Requires hands-on experience in some core HR domains.
- GCC HR experience is preferred, not mandatory.
- An MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred.
