Role Overview
The Segment Manager for DBS Treasures drives growth, profitability, and service excellence for the affluent client segment.
The role manages financial metrics, frontline productivity, and data-driven improvements to channel efficiency and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve Relationship Manager performance across sales and service metrics using performance analysis, coaching, and process enhancements.
- Oversee segment P&L metrics, resource allocation, and strategic planning to meet business targets.
- Connect management with frontline teams, communicate strategy, resolve operational challenges, and align teams on KPIs.
- Manage customer segmentation and client upgrades or downgrades to align customers with segment value propositions.
- Use analytics to improve channel efficiency and enhance the Treasures service model.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of affluent banking, client needs, investment products, and service expectations.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and turn insights into strategic business decisions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder influence, and collaboration skills.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- CFA or CFP certifications are highly advantageous, not mandatory.
