• The role focuses on day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and contributing to system enhancements.
• \|What You’ll Do
• Administer and manage all components of the M365 E5 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps, and Azure AD.
• Manage Azure Cloud resources, including VMs, VNETs, storage accounts, Azure AD, Azure Monitor, and Azure Backup.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Proxmox Hypervisor instances and virtual machines (VMs).
• Perform user account management, access control, and group policy administration across M365 and Azure AD.
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine health checks, and ensure proactive patching and updates for all managed systems.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems and data.
• Diagnose and resolve system and application issues, providing technical support to end-users and escalating complex problems as necessary.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of systems and applications.
• Participate in security audits and implement remediation actions to address identified vulnerabilities.
• \|Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified professional (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, M365 Administrator Expert) is highly preferred.

• In-depth administration experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps).
• Strong understanding of Azure AD for identity and access management.
• Hands-on experience managing Azure VMs, VNETs, storage accounts, and other core Azure services.
• Familiarity with Azure AD integration and management.
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Azure Backup.
• Experience with Proxmox Hypervisor (installation, configuration, VM management, storage management, networking).
• Strong administration skills for Windows Server OSs (e.g., AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with Linux OSs and command-line interface is a significant plus.
• Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation of routine tasks.
