We are seeking a Senior Associate with strong financial modeling capabilities to support investment decision-making and transaction analysis.
The role involves working closely with our investment team to assess opportunities, analyze company performance, and contribute to transaction execution.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in private equity and/or investment banking and will be based in the UAE.
Must
- Based in the UAE
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience (PE, IB)
- Financial modeling and valuation expertise
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed company financial analysis, including revenue trends, margins, cost structures, and working capital dynamics
- Build, refine, and review financial models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) to support investment evaluations
- Perform valuation assessments and identify key sensitivities and assumptions
- Support due diligence processes, including data room review, data requests, etc.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and decision-support materials
- Conduct market and competitive research to benchmark performance and validate strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably within private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
- Proven experience in advanced financial modeling and valuation
- Familiarity with due diligence processes and investment transactions
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and deal structuring
