Hands-on Senior Art Director role at an independent Dubai creative agency working across brand strategy, design, content, and production.

Lead social and digital art direction from initial concept through production and final delivery.
What you’ll do
- Develop concepts and visual directions for social media, digital campaigns, and brand activations.
- Create moodboards, storyboards, visual references, and presentations.
- Design social assets, campaign visuals, and static, carousel, motion, and video content.
- Plan and art-direct photo and video shoots with creative and production partners.
- Oversee post-production, including image selection, retouching, editing, and color grading.
- Maintain visual quality and brand consistency across accounts and projects.
- Present creative ideas and give clear feedback to designers, editors, and production partners.
- Manage work from brief to final delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an agency, design studio, or content-led environment; seniority depends on experience.
- A portfolio showing strong concepts, design, and art direction across social and digital content.
- Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills.
- Experience directing photo and video production from pre-production through post-production.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to develop concepts and execute design hands-on.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Premium brand experience is useful; luxury, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B experience is a plus.
- Motion design, video editing, or AI-powered creative tools are a plus.
