Requirements
- Must currently reside in Qatar and be ready to start immediately.
- Extensive senior-level architectural engineering, field monitoring, and site-supervision experience on complex projects or events, including setup, installation, and execution.
- Strong organizational, leadership, time-management, and multitasking abilities; able to resolve engineering remarks and design conflicts with contractors, technical teams, and vendors.
- Expertise in project scheduling, progress tracking, Microsoft Office, and engineering or architectural CAD/BIM software for reporting and dashboards.
- Thorough knowledge of workplace health, safety, and building regulations in Qatar.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Plan architectural engineering delivery, timelines, and schedules from initial setup and site preparation through installation and final implementation.
- Track execution against plans, identify delays and technical challenges, and brief senior management.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, weekly executive summaries, and project dashboards.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, meetings, and site visits.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural implementation, setup, structural works, and finishing; verify design, scope, and timeline compliance.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate compliance with health, safety, security, and quality standards.
Compensation
- The posting lists pay of QAR 1.00–QAR 2.00 per month.
