Q Events is hiring a precise Draftsman to translate initial design concepts into actionable, detailed production and shop drawings.
Responsibilities
- Convert design concepts into detailed technical shop drawings and execution blueprints.
- Prepare technical plans with precise measurements, specifications, and material callouts.
- Coordinate with fabrication supervisors and technicians to confirm design buildability.
- Modify drawings for site conditions or updated event management requirements.
- Prepare material cutting sheets for carpenters and welders.
- Archive execution drawings and maintain updated final as-built drawings.
Requirements
- At least five years of local work experience within Qatar.
- Applicants must reside in Doha and hold a valid Qatar residency permit (QID).
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 6,000–8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
