The Production & Fabrication Supervisor coordinates daily operations, resource allocation, and site installations.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute work orders across carpentry, metalwork, and painting departments and track daily output.
- Schedule fabrication stages to meet project deadlines and execution plans.
- Allocate labor and material resources across trades to support smooth workflow.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges on site during fabrication and assembly.
- Oversee loading, logistics, dismantling, and installation at event venues.
- Submit progress reports to management on completion rates, team productivity, and material requirements.
Experience
- A minimum of five years of local work experience within Qatar is required.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 6,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
