Role summary
The employer seeks an analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage material estimation, cost control, and financial reporting for projects.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate required project material quantities from design concepts and architectural drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for raw materials and supplies.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and price custom manufacturing requests submitted by project teams.
- Prepare actual-versus-estimated cost analysis reports to optimize budgets and minimize waste.
- Review and audit financial submittals, supplier invoices, and contractor variations.
- Generate regular financial and quantity reports for management review.
Candidate requirements
- The position is exclusively for residents in Doha and asks candidates to confirm a valid residency permit (QID).
- A minimum of 5 years of local work experience within Qatar is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 6,000–8,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
