About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, action trackers, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource requirements, risks, issues, and project performance.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and other teams.
• Support projects from initiation through implementation and close-out.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, management updates, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Maintain risk and issue registers and support mitigation, recovery, change control, and escalation processes.
• Support budget tracking, cost forecasting, resource planning, purchase requirements, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate resources, suppliers, contractors, and vendors and maintain accurate project records.
• Support governance reviews, steering committees, lessons learned, continuous improvement, and project management standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program management, engineering projects, operations, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting or managing projects across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, principles, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Experience maintaining schedules, trackers, risk registers, reports, and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating multiple functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project management or scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering qualification, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related discipline, is advantageous.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, manufacturing, engineering, technology, energy, automotive, or another technically complex industry is preferred.
• Experience with project cost management, resource planning, capacity planning, dashboards, earned value principles, or project controls is advantageous.
