Senior Analyst Commercial and Procurement

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support bid and proposal activities, including contract review, commercial risk identification, procurement inputs, and opportunity tracking.
• Manage customer and supplier contracts, including compliance, approvals, renewals, reporting, and documentation.
• Execute procurement strategies covering market analysis, sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, onboarding, and performance management.
• Analyze spend, supplier performance, costs, and compliance to identify savings and improvement opportunities.
• Support commercial negotiations and develop cost-effective, risk-mitigated solutions.
• Maintain procurement and commercial pipelines, registers, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and contract lifecycle management.
• Support procurement sourcing requirements below GBP 100,000 in line with policy.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, governance, and change initiatives.
• Provide commercial, procurement, and category insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Support invoicing activities that protect cash flow and commercial performance.

Compensation

• The package is AED 13,000 to AED 15,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in commercial, procurement, finance, or contract management roles.
• At least five years of experience in an international English-speaking corporate environment; Middle East or KSA experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• MBA, MSc, MCIPS, or a relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
• Experience with end-to-end procurement, contract management, supplier negotiations, and commercial analysis is required.
• Understanding of contract terms, commercial risks, and applicable regulations is required.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, and contract management systems is required.
• Experience in data extraction, financial analysis, risk reporting, and commercial decision-making is required.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and continuous-improvement skills are required.
