Role overview
Responsible for development, customization, administration, and enhancement of enterprise event-management platforms such as Momentus or similar systems.
Designs technical solutions, integrations, and automation across Sales, Event Planning, Finance, and Operations.
Works with IT, business champions, and vendors to deliver improvements aligned with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure, set up, and enhance platform modules.
- Gather and document requirements, map workflows, and manage enhancement requests across business units.
- Manage SIT/UAT testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate vendor bug fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor integrations, APIs, and master data to support usability, integrity, and performance.
- Support users, resolve incidents, manage tickets, and adhere to SLAs.
- Develop reports and dashboards with system tools, Power BI, or SQL as needed.
- Train users, prepare materials, and support onboarding for processes and platform updates.
Qualifications and experience
- 3–5 years of enterprise application support or implementation experience.
- At least 2 years with Momentus or similar event- or venue-management platforms is preferred.
- A related technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Proven system development/customization, API integration, and workflow automation experience.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, scripting or low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, Power BI, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, SIT/UAT testing, change management, and testing methodology.
Technical skills
- Hands-on development and configuration of enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and automated workflows.
- SQL, Power BI, reporting tools, and scripting or low-code/no-code platforms.
