Salary

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or investment management.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, investment analysis, and due diligence.
- Experience in portfolio monitoring, investment transactions, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in preparing investment proposals, business plans, and Investment Committee materials.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Arabic is a must.
- CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or a master’s degree would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, and comprehensive due diligence.
- Conduct financial, commercial, operational, and market analysis to support investment decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, valuations, financial KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, valuation reports, and Investment Committee presentations.
- Support follow-on investments, acquisitions, restructurings, divestments, and exit strategies.
- Research markets and industries to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies, external advisors, auditors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Support investment strategy implementation, governance, reporting, and regulatory documentation.
