Senior AI Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI solutions, services, workflows, and reusable capabilities for enterprise applications and products.
• Develop and optimize LLM applications using prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and other modern AI engineering methods.
• Implement and support MLOps, DataOps, and LLMOps across model lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, governance, and improvement.
• Contribute to reliable, maintainable AI architectures that meet enterprise quality, performance, security, and supportability standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, AI Scientists, Platform teams, and Data Engineering teams to industrialize and scale trusted AI solutions.

Essential requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on work building AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks, libraries, and tooling.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting production-grade AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, architecture patterns, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• Good understanding of LLMs, semantic models, knowledge and context graphs, RAG, and agentic AI architectures.

Additional experience that is a plus

• AI solutions in regulated industries such as life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing.
• AI capabilities for knowledge extraction, decision support, process optimization, or workflow automation across enterprise data ecosystems.
• Enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI, including model evaluation, explainability, bias assessment, and compliance with emerging regulations and frameworks.

Work arrangement
