The role designs and implements secure, reusable integrations connecting AI solutions with Danaher data, applications, instruments, and business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design frameworks and lead integration of production-grade AI solutions into operating companies' software and infrastructure environments.
- Define scalable API, event-driven, and data integration architectures for AI solutions, products, and physical AI.
- Develop reusable integration frameworks, connectors, MCP integrations, and AI-accessible services for enterprise systems and instruments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and enable reliable, secure, scalable integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship; establish integration standards, governance practices, and best practices.
Essential requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years in enterprise application integration, software engineering, middleware development, or platform engineering.
- Expertise in API design, RESTful services, event-driven architectures, microservices, API gateways, and authentication mechanisms.
- Hands-on integration experience with hardware and platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Snowflake, Microsoft technologies, or comparable systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar languages, plus cloud solution architecture and deployment experience with Azure, AWS, or both.
Preferred experience
- Integrations for generative AI, AI agents, Copilot solutions, LLM applications, RAG architectures, or MCP-based integrations are a plus.
- AI-powered application development with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Enterprise business-function and system experience in CRM, supply chain, customer service, commercial operations, ERP, order management, or service management is a plus.
