Responsible for credit, collection, and related accounts receivable ageing analysis activities in Saudi Arabia.
The role is expected to travel within Saudi Arabia for up to 50% of working time.
Credit and collection
- Manage and supervise credit and collection activities, including monthly statements, regular follow-up, payment and discount allocation, customer visits, reconciliation, ageing analysis, monthly forecasting, and daily management.
- Manage statements for distributors, service accounts, and private sales customers.
- Handle and reconcile customer statements and payment allocations.
- Coordinate monthly with departments to initiate accounts receivable invoice allocation.
- Coordinate with the service department on timely contract renewals and compliance.
- Manage customer relationships, related cash flow, and monthly accounts receivable forecasts.

- Use Oracle cash applier and credit supervisor applications.
