Responsible for credit and collection activities in Saudi Arabia and related accounts receivable ageing analysis.
The role supports the business through sound credit management practices and integrity.
Credit, collections, and cash application
- Manage and supervise monthly statements, regular follow-up, payment and discount allocation, customer visits, reconciliations, ageing analysis, monthly forecasting, and daily collection management.
- Handle and reconcile customer statements and payment allocations.
- Manage monthly statements for distributors, service accounts, and private sales customers.
Account coordination
- Coordinate with departments each month to initiate AR invoice allocation.
- Coordinate with the service department to support timely contract renewals and compliance.
- Manage customer relationships, related cash flow, and monthly AR forecast activities.
Travel
- Travel within Saudi Arabia is expected for up to 50% of working time.
Systems
- Uses Oracle cash applier and credit supervisor applications.
