Lead Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate full-stack solutions using modern front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and AI technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled applications and user experiences for business workflows, scientific processes, and enterprise solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, instruments, data sources, and operational systems.
• Apply software engineering best practices, DevSecOps principles, and observability standards to build secure, reliable, maintainable applications.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Platform, Data, AI Scientists, and AI Engineers to deliver production-grade and reusable solutions.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled software products.
• Hands-on application development experience with technologies such as .NET/C#, Python, React, Angular, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to guide teams and collaborate across technical disciplines.

Preferred experience

• AI-enabled applications using RAG, agentic workflows, enterprise copilots, AI assistants, or generative AI are a plus.
• Data engineering, analytics platforms, cloud-native AI services, and enterprise data ecosystems are a plus.
• Enterprise software modernization, digital transformation, or large-scale application development in complex business environments is a plus.
