Hands-on engineering role delivering production-grade AI agents and intelligent automation for a major enterprise environment in Dubai.
The role takes LLM and agentic AI solutions from concept into secure, scalable production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise APIs, data sources, and business systems.
- Deploy AI services using cloud, Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Optimize LLM solutions for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
Key experience
- Strong Python and production software or AI engineering background.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents and multi-step AI workflows.
- Strong understanding of RAG, tool or function calling, memory, and context engineering.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Understanding of AI security, privacy, prompt injection, and enterprise governance.
- Experience delivering production AI in complex enterprise environments and deploying services with cloud, Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Advantageous experience
- GenAI platforms, agent interoperability, multimodal AI, regulated environments, or Arabic-language solutions are advantageous.
