Seeking an experienced, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a client project in Abu Dhabi.
Location and workplace
- The role is onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Contract
- The contract is for 12 months.
Key requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Management modules.
- Recent SuccessFactors functional consulting, configuration, and implementation experience.
- Practical Employee Central configuration knowledge, including Business Rules, MDF, workflows, and Position Management.
- Implementation experience across Talent modules such as Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development, or Learning.
- Experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Currently working in a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting role, rather than primarily in project leadership or management.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting.
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Management solutions.
- Deliver implementations, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
