Hands-on technical leader to own architecture, shape the technology roadmap, and lead a team across software, AI/ML, and data engineering.
Take solutions from design through production and work with senior leadership and clients to turn business requirements into scalable platforms.
Experience and qualifications
- 8–10+ years in software engineering and systems architecture, including 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Proven delivery of production AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, and security.
- Confident in client discussions, technical scoping, and pre-sales.
- Experience with enterprise or government clients in the UAE/GCC is advantageous.
