Design, develop, and deploy secure, enterprise-grade AI agents and automated workflows.
The role combines hands-on development, enterprise system integration, and establishing AI solution delivery practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and automated workflows using Python, n8n, and agent frameworks.
- Implement LLM integrations, RAG, tool/function calling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, databases, and document repositories.
- Implement security controls, access management, audit logging, and guardrails.
- Establish testing, evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and maintenance practices.
- Review technical designs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory skills
- Strong Python development and advanced n8n workflow design, with proven delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SQL, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience with secure enterprise application development and production support.
Preferred skills
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms, Azure AI, and AI observability/evaluation is preferred.
- Exposure to regulated or government environments is preferred.
- Experience with AI workflow platforms and enterprise integration solutions is preferred.
