Full-time Implementation & Support Engineer role based in Dubai.
The role focuses on application software implementation and support, including CBUAE payment systems.

Responsibilities
- Implement and support applications involving CBUAE Payment Systems: ICCS, WPS, FTS, DDS, and IPP.
- Support SIT/UAT and resolve application issues.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities and travel for customer implementation or support when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Four to five years of experience in application software implementation.
- Knowledge and experience implementing and supporting CBUAE Payment Systems: ICCS, WPS, FTS, DDS, and IPP.
- Experience with .NET or .NET Core, application servers, SQL databases, and basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, application integration, SIT/UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms is an advantage.
