About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations independently
- Prepare and finalize trial balance, profit & loss statement, and balance sheet
- Ensure timely month end, quarter end, and year end closing
- Maintain accurate and compliant books of accounts in line with applicable accounting standards
- Perform and review bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Review journal entries and ensure accuracy of supporting documentation
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper expense classification
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors; prepare audit schedules
- Supervise and guide junior accountant(s); review their work
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in investment or financial services
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS preferred)
- Hands on experience in trial balance and full set of accounts
- Ability to manage accounting functions independently
- Experience in supervising junior staff
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Accountant to manage the accounting and financial reporting function. The role requires strong expertise in full cycle accounting, financial reporting, and investment related transactions, along with the ability to independently handle account
Key Responsibilities
