- Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion within approved quality standards.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce effectively.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Proven experience in high rise, high profile, or mega construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, execution, and site management practices
- Good understanding of authority regulations and construction standards
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Valid Driving License is mandatory

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) with strong UAE experience in high rise, high profile, or mega construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in civil construction execution, site management, planning, coordination, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on site.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion within approved quality standards.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce effectively.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Coordinate material requirements, manpower allocation, and site resources.
- Ensure full implementation of QA/QC standards across all construction activities.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Proven experience in high rise, high profile, or mega construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, execution, and site management practices.
- Good understanding of authority regulations and construction standards.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and project management tools is preferred.
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
