Senior Accountant role on the finance team in Dubai.
Supports accurate financial reporting, robust accounting practices, and strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
- Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain precise ledger records and review journal entries for adherence to financial policies.
- Assist with budget preparation, monitor financial performance against forecasts, and analyze variances.
- Oversee tax preparation, filings, and compliance, coordinating with external advisors as needed.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and risk assessments to support business decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 6 years of accounting experience.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications are a plus.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
