Seeking a proactive HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience; recruitment experience is required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and job portals.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Compensation
- Basic salary of AED 3,000–4,000 per month, plus incentives per hire.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
