Recruiter role requiring 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records; manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines while handling multiple vacancies.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience and experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and job portals; ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Compensation
- Basic salary of AED 3,000–4,000 per month, plus hiring incentives.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
