Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and articulate **Senior Account Manager** to act as the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, high-quality deliverables, and on-time project execution.
The ideal candidate is confident in managing high-profile clients, understands marketing and branding deeply, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the **primary communication bridge** between clients and internal teams
- Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring **timely delivery and top-quality standards**
- Coordinate with internal teams and **allocate tasks effectively**
- Monitor team performance and track **KPIs**
- Participate in building and executing **marketing calendars and campaign plans**
- Ensure all deliverables align with **brand guidelines and client expectations**
- Support in **proposal creation, upselling, and client negotiations**
- Handle high-profile clients with professionalism and confidence
- Prepare and deliver **presentations and reports**
Requirements
- Proven experience in **account management within a marketing/creative agency**
- Strong understanding of **branding, social media, SEO, and content marketing**
- Excellent **written and spoken English**
- Highly **articulate, organized, and detail-oriented**
- Strong **client-facing and communication skills**
- Experience dealing with **high-profile clients**
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in **PR (Public Relations)** is a plus
- Experience in **client negotiations and upselling**
- **Marketing degree or similar field**
- **Project management certification** is a plus
