About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Accountant** with strong experience in the **Hospitality and F&B sector** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support management with financial insights to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cost control, inventory, and revenue for F&B outlets
- Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Analyze financial data and provide reports to management
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and suppliers
- Supervise junior accounting staff (if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum **5 years of accounting experience**, with at least **3 years in Hospitality or F&B**
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, Tally, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-outlet F&B operations
- Knowledge of cost control and menu engineering concepts
- Advanced Excel skills
