Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit points and verify identification and credentials.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, theft, trespassing, and other security violations.
• Provide or assist with first aid during medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
• Keep daily activity and incident records and prepare reports for management or law enforcement when necessary.
• Inspect for safety hazards and follow applicable company and legal security and safety requirements.
• Help members, guests, and colleagues with directions and information, and address inquiries courteously.
• Maintain a visible, vigilant presence; coordinate with emergency services and local authorities when required.
• Assist with investigations of security breaches or criminal activities on the premises.

Requirements

• A SIRA license or certificate is mandatory.
• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of security experience in luxury hospitality is required.
• Strong English proficiency is essential; additional languages are desirable.
• Basic first aid and CPR knowledge is advantageous.
• Candidates should remain composed in challenging situations, communicate effectively with diverse people, and demonstrate initiative and responsibility.
