Security Operations Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures.
- Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, and patrolling.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring high performance and discipline.
Risk Assessment & Threat Prevention
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
- Identify potential threats and implement preventive measures.
- Develop emergency response plans for incidents such as theft, fire, or unauthorized access.
Leadership & Team Management
- Train, mentor, and discipline security staff using military-style structure and standards.
- Ensure guards are properly deployed and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain high levels of morale, responsibility, and accountability within the team.
Facility & Site Security
- Secure construction sites, offices, warehouses, or residential facilities.
- Monitor entry/exit points and ensure proper visitor management.
- Protect valuable materials, equipment, and sensitive areas.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local laws, security regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare incident reports, daily logs, and risk assessment documentation.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Crisis & Emergency Management
- Lead investigations into security breaches or incidents.
- Manage evacuation procedures and crisis response.
- Maintain readiness for emergency situations using structured military protocols.
