Overview
United Security Group is seeking an experienced and highly professional **Project Security Manager** to oversee and manage security operations for a major project in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have extensive security management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of UAE security regulations and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall project security operations
- Lead and coordinate security teams to ensure effective site protection
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal departments regarding security matters
- Prepare reports, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor security performance and maintain high operational standards
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Administration, or related field
- Minimum **10 years of security experience**, including at least **5 years in a managerial role**
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic speaking is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications
- Must hold a valid UAE security license from the relevant authority
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
